great suggestions!
wanted to add a few tips i’ve tried [apologies in advance if already mentioned].
i’ve found adding electrolytes to my water [and sometimes, when it’s hothothot—common if not infamous—in *Sacramento*] even a pinch of quality sea salt.
staying hydrated and making sure i’m not running low on electrolytes has helped lift *the fog* [including diet, sleep, exercise and all the other DAILY thangs we earthlings do to] to stay on the beam.
being human ain’t for sissies. :)
