it's impossible not to be profoundly grateful for pain and suffering.

without either or both... and their exponential intensity over the last 5-10 years of my life i may never have been able or willing to see and be who i am and who i've been all along.

while i might not trade my challenging journey and bypass whatever this is i'm experiencing today... i might consider trading the decades wasted... ;-)... which is to say it's never too early or too late to wake up to what's here.
