while it feels like i should be where i've been dog paddling around being instead of just GETTING THERE by now... believe it or not in spite of myself i can see incremental movement in the right direction... affirmed by the piles i choose as i inch forward.

making discernible progress seems more evident internally and i'd be 'lying' if i didn't say how eager i am to see evidence of all my inside work!

writing and publishing here on medium and/or my substack has languished since lockdown.

while the time and space it afforded me at the time... traumatic events happening as a result of the global pandemic caused me to step away from publishing online lest the bitterness of my physical and emotional losses define me as a writer and a person.

healing takes time and it's humbling to accept some healing takes more time.
