having a major growth-spurt at the tender age of 63 so this is sage advice for a work-in-progress like me.

i think i'll add to it for my own use by allowing my damn self some space too!

the last 7 years or so have been a never-ending roller-coaster ride... a few thrills but mostly harrowing... forcing me to level up or jump out of my rickety ol' boxcar.
