that said… i’m always and will always be a recovering boozer even when i’m not actively ‘in recovery’, if that makes sense?

been taking different roads to ‘knowing what time it is’… and the 12-steps and our fellow problem drinkie-poo-ers… eventually figure out there’s never enough of anything, ever.

and that said… you’re really very kind and i truly appreciate your taking the time to not only read work but share your reaction to it.

we don’t always just need a kick in the britches to get going after a long-ass break, but making someone smile or laugh AND… omg… i’d love to use ‘pleasantly defiant’ when describing my mood henceforth.
