and my therapist[s] weren't either... gifted professionals [mostly] doing their best with what they had... and i was a mess in progress.

know thyself... even if that seems mostly dark it won't stay that way forever, but i had to hear that OVER AND OVER from therapists, therapists-in-training, and straight-up assholes whether they meant to say it or not so the answer lies within. haaha. and best news ever.
